THE RULES ADOPTED BY THE BODRUM MARITIME MUSEUM IN REGARD TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIA NORMALIZATION PLAN
– The maximum number of visitors allowed in the museum is fifty-five (55) people.
– The visitors shall keep a safe distance and follow the hygiene rules once they enter the museum.
– The visitors shall always keep a social distance of 1,5 meters and follow the floor guidance signs, the safe distance bands on the floor, designed to keep an area of 4 m2 around one single visitor during the museum tour.
– The entrance area of the museum, the ticket area, is designed as a one-person visitor area. The visitors will be allowed into the museum one by one.
– The name, telephone number and e-mail information of each visitor will be recorded before he/she enters the museum.
– Visitors will not be allowed to enter the museum without protective masks covering both mouth and nose.
– Fever control and observational check for illness signs will be conducted at the museum entrance. Persons suspected of showing any signs will not be allowed to enter and will be directed to a medical facility.
– Visitors shall walk around the museum following the safe route indicated by the arrows on the floor.
– The arrows will lead the visitor tothe second floor and here too he/she shall walk around following the arrows on the floor. The visitor will come down from the second floor again following the arrows taking him/her to the museum shop door to outside.
– Visitors must follow the rules in the warning and information panels regarding Covid-19 and hygiene regulations set up by the Ministry of Health and the museum administration during their visit.
– No guided tours will be allowed in the museum.
– The museum will not organize any events or activities until it is otherwise declared.
– The museum shop will be open with the same social distance protocol described above for the museum. It is advised that payments are made using means other than cash as far as possible.
Ödül almaya hak kazanan öğrenciler, en geç 24 Mayıs 2019 günü saat 17.00’ye kadar, 0252 316 33 10 numaralı telefondan Bodrum Deniz Müzesi yetkililerini bilgilendirmeli ve ayrıca bodrumdenizmuzesi@gmail.com e-mail adresine yazılı olarak bildirmelidir. 24 Mayıs 2019 tarihi saat 17.00’e kadar katılıma dair herhangi bir bildirim yapılmazsa, o öğrencinin yerine yedek listeden başka bir öğrenci ödülü almaya hak kazanacaktır.
Yarışmaya katılan resimler 1-2 Haziran tarihleri arasında Bodrum Deniz Müzesi’nde sergilenecektir. Ödüller, 1 Haziran tarihinde yapılacak Sergi Açılışı’nda kazananlara takdim edilecektir. Sergi açılışının saati, web sitesinden ve sosyal medya hesaplarından duyurulacaktır.
İlk 3 başarı ödülü dışında, mansiyon alan 3 resim için ayrı ödüller; katılan tüm öğrencilere ise katılım sertifikası verilecektir.
Yarışmayı kazanan çocuklara, Şartname’nin “hediyeler” kısmında yazan hediyeler hediye edilecek, ödül töreni sonunda ise sertifika verilecektir. Her katılımcıya sertifika verilecektir.
Sağlık sorunu dışında ödül törenine katılmayan öğrenci, ödülü kazanma hakkından feragat etmiş olduğunu kabul eder. Bu durumda yedek listeden seçilerek yarışmaya katılan öğrenci, ödülünü almaya hak kazanır. Sağlık sorunu sebebi ile ödül törenine katılamayan öğrenciye, sağlık sorunu ile ilgili raporunu Bodrum Deniz Müzesi’ne ibraz etmesi halinde, ödülü, 2019 Haziran ayı içinde takdim edilecektir.
